General orders ship at a flat rate.

Oversized or bulk items (e.g., fluorescent lights over 1 meter) may incur additional shipping charges. We’ll confirm the cost and delivery time before dispatch.
Local Pickup:
Free local pickup is available from South Christchurch. Please contact us in advance to arrange this option.
Returns & Refund Policy
Returns (if applicable):
We accept returns only for defective, incorrect, or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for this reason, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.Non-refundable Items:
