Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

  • Our shipping method and return & refund policy are explained below.

    • Order processing times. After an order is placed, it will take approx. 1-2 business days to get it ready & shipped. (Orders received after 5 pm will be processed the next business day).

    • Shipping Info. We send most of our orders through NZ Post or Post Haste courier service from Christchurch, New Zealand.

      If you require any particular light in urgency, please let us know, and we can make an overnight delivery. (Additional cost may apply)

      All our New Zealand order confirmations come with tracking details for your peace of mind.

    • Shipping costs. All general orders get shipped at a flat shipping rate.

      Any odd-sized light orders, e.g., lights in bulk or bigger in length, such as fluorescent lights with lengths exceeding 1 meter, will incur an additional shipping cost due to their size.

      We will communicate with you prior to sending the order to be on the same page as you in regard to cost & delivery time.

    • Local pick-up option. We are based in Christchurch, New Zealand, and allow a free pick-up option from the local South Christchurch area.
      Please communicate with us if you would like to use the "Free Pick Option."

    • Returns & Refund Policy. 


      Return (if applicable)

      We only return items if they are defective, the wrong items, or damaged.
      If you need to exchange it for this reason, please send us a detailed email as soon as you receive an order or within 5 days.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      Refunds (if applicable)

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
      We will also notify you of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

      Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

      Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Indent items, i.e., those that have been specially ordered for you, are not refundable.

      Returns for non-defective stock will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
